As a resident of San Diego for more than 25 years, Attorney George Gedulin takes pride in defending the rights of his clients. His relationships with other attorneys and prosecutors and his familiarity with the legal system and judges give him the unique ability to resolve cases utilizing connections and experience.

His life experiences have driven his passion both for the law and for fighting for individual rights. The majority of his practice focuses on courtroom litigation—tenacious advocacy and defense of his clients during trial. He has represented hundreds of defendants in State and Federal prosecutions.

Attorney Gedulin has a record of winning significant monetary awards for his clients who have suffered civil rights violations. Most recently, he won a large settlement for his client in a lawsuit against the CHP (California Highway Patrol) for civil rights violations.

Personal Life

When not in court, Attorney Gedulin spends time with his three young children, his wife, Sarah, and their dog, Henry, at the beach. He is passionate about surfing and loves to travel.
